Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between CONSULSABA S.R.L. (hereinafter the “Provider”) and the customer who uses the services provided by the Provider (hereinafter “Customer”).

2. Object of the Service

The Provider organizes and conducts customized tours, as described on the Provider’s website or in other informational materials provided by the Provider to the Customer. Experiences may vary in duration, difficulty, places visited, and other characteristics.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations for excursions are made exclusively by phone at +39 3455742421 and/or via email at info@sardegnasegretaexperience.it.

The Customer will receive a confirmation call regarding the reservation, specifying the day, time, meeting point for the excursion, as well as the price.

Payment for the excursion must be made by bank transfer. The reason for the transfer must specify “Name and Surname – Excursion reservation [data escursione]”.

50% of the payment must be made at the time of booking as confirmation, and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the arrival date.

4. Conduct of Excursions

The Customer agrees to arrive punctually at the meeting point for the excursion and with the appropriate equipment indicated by the Provider.

During the excursion, the Customer is required to follow the guide’s instructions and behave respectfully towards the environment and other participants.

The Provider reserves the right to modify or cancel the excursion in case of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure reasons. In such cases, the Customer will be promptly notified and may request a refund of the payment.

5. Liability

The Provider declines any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the excursion, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Customer is responsible for any damage that may cause to themselves, other participants, or the environment during the excursion.

The Provider’s liability for any damage arising from the organization or conduct of the excursion is limited to the price paid by the Customer for the excursion.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the booking date, without penalty. The refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

The Provider has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time, in case of failure to reach the minimum number of participants or other force majeure reasons. In such cases, the Customer will be promptly notified and may request a refund of the payment.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

In case of disputes arising from this contract, the competent court shall be the one in Cagliari.

For matters not governed by these terms and conditions, reference is made to the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant regulatory provisions.

8. Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer by publication on the Provider’s website and will take effect from the date of publication.

9. Acceptance

Booking the excursion implies acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions.
